Eucalyptus Essential Oil

This information is provided by BeeNaturalTX.com

Cool and refreshing, the invigorating scent of Eucalyptus Essential Oil stimulates both body and mind.

May be useful during the changing seasons.

Cool and Refresh

Eucalyptus oil comes from the leaves of the eucalyptus tree. The leaves are dried, crushed and distilled to release the essential oil.

Eucalyptus oil has been used in traditional Aboriginal medicine for wound-healing and to combat fungal infections.

This purifying and invigorating scent provides a stimulating experience for body and mind.

Inhaling eucalyptus oil may also help with feelings of stress.

Of course, eucalyptus oil is a popular ingredient in cough and cold medications.

Eucalyptus oil helps stimulate the immune system and is commonly used for respiratory conditions, seasonal allergies and airborne infectious invaders. Try mixing 24 drops of eucalyptus oil with ⅓ cup of Carrier Oil (or Massage Oil or olive oil) and massage into the chest. You can also add a few drops of eucalyptus oil to a diffuser to freshen the air in your home.

Eucalyptus oil is also a favorite addition to muscle rubs and joint ointments. Eucalyptol, the primary active ingredient in eucalyptus oil, is responsible for the oil's pain-relieving benefits.

And, eucalyptus oil is a natural pesticide and effective bug repellent!

To control dust mites in bedding, add a couple drops of eucalyptus oil to the washing machine water.

Benefits:

  • Dilute with Carrier Oil and apply to neck & chest
  • Useful during changing seasons
  • Organically grown

Ingredients:

100% pure organically-grown Eucalyptus radiata leaf oil. Product of South Africa or Australia. Steam distilled.

Quality Assured:

NSP scours the globe to find the highest quality plant sources. Hence, our oils often come from small, family-owned farms in developing regions as remote as Tunisia or Madagascar. While these farms follow organic cultivation practices, they simply cannot meet the high costs of Organic certification. We list oils that come from these farms as ‘organically grown’.

Botanical supply experts inspect sites to ensure that organic practices are in place and, as with all of our oils, third party and in-house GC/MS testing verifies the materials are pure and free of contaminants like chemical pesticides, herbicides, fertilizers or other adulterants.

Recommended Use:

Essential oils may be used aromatically or topically in a variety of ways including diffusers, massage, compresses, baths, scrubs, lotions and sprays.

Essential oils should be diluted with Nature’s Sunshine Massage Oil or Carrier Oil before applying topically.

Complementary Products:

Flower Essences, Nature’s Fresh Enzyme Spray, Aroma Ball Plug-in Diffuser, Carrier Oil, Massage Oil
